Japan's Justin Bieber spotted in China!

Japanese Justin Bieber was first spotted during week commencing 10 September at the induction day for new students at Shanghai International Studies University. He immediately made an impact, arriving late, making lots of noise with his entourage and generally behaving like a 14 year old cunt. He's wearing a pair of sunglasses indoors!
